This plant is located on 15,000 m2 of land owned by AUC and has one 120m3/h concrete plant, two workshops, a laboratory and other associated facilities. The scope of services performed at this plant are mainly associated with supplying projects with pre-mix concrete, and fabricating double-T roofing, supporters and piles . The total manpower at this plant is 220, including engineers, drivers, administrative staff, laborers, etc.

This plant is located on 30,000 m2 of land. The plant has one 120m3/h stationary batch plant, two 60 m3/h mobile plants, and one gravel crusher. This plant produces precast concrete products such as inverted T-walls, barriers, bunkers, piles, and pipe supporters. There are 50 personnel working at this plant

AUC has its own gravel plant which supplies all of its concrete plants. This ensures a reliable supply of this crucial material for AUC’s concrete products production. The AUC gravel plant is located in Buttain on the south side of Basra City. Buttain is well-known as a source of high quality sand and gravel. This plant has four gravel crushers, which produce a total of 3,000 m3 of gravel per day.
